Where we ship

Fennec Baby currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping rates

All orders are sent via standard tracked shipping.
- Orders over $100 AUD: FREE shipping
- Orders under $100 AUD: flat rate of $10.00

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery estimates

• Sydney metro: two to four business days
• NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: three to six business days
• SA, WA, TAS, NT and regional areas: five to nine business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

Order tracking

All orders include tracking. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@fennecbaby.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the corrected address and re-shipping cost are provided.
