About us

This website is operated by TDK Brands Pty Ltd trading as Fennec Baby (ABN 15 683 545 986), based in New South Wales, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • We take care to display our products accurately, but slight variations in colour may occur between screens and the physical product.

We may change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.

Orders

  • An order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email.
  • We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or inability to deliver; if payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

You must provide accurate, current information when ordering.

Safe and proper use

Fennec Baby pram liners are an accessory designed to be used with a pram or stroller in accordance with the pram manufacturer's instructions.

  • Always secure your child using the pram's harness, fitted through the liner's harness openings.
  • Never leave a child unattended in a pram.
  • Check the liner regularly for wear and discontinue use if damaged.
  • Follow the care instructions provided with the product.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Fennec Baby name, logo, product designs, images, and text is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the resupply of the products or the refund of the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our products must be used in accordance with the safe-use guidance above and the instructions provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
