When will my liner arrive?
The Classic is on pre-order, and our first run has been held up at the factory. We're expecting stock in early October and we'll email every pre-order customer a firm ship date as soon as we have one. If you'd rather not wait, email us any time before dispatch and we'll refund you in full. Once we're shipping, dispatch is within 2 business days and delivery takes two to nine business days depending on where you are — the full breakdown is on our shipping page.
Will it fit my pram?
It's designed for most standard prams with a 3-point or 5-point harness, and it has harness openings for both. We're talking 79cm long and 32cm wide. If you know your pram's seat size, you can measure it yourself. Not sure? Get in touch with your pram brand and model and we're happy to help you figure it out.
How do I wash it?
Cold, gentle machine wash. Line dry in the shade and you're done. It handles the tougher days really well.
What's it made from?
A 100% cotton outer, so it's soft where it touches your baby, with a lightweight polyester fill underneath to hold its shape through the wash. Designed in Australia, made in China.
Can it be used in a car seat?
Not for this one. The Classic Liner is designed for prams only, not for car seats, cots, bassinets or other safety equipment.
Something arrived broken or damaged. What now?
Send us a photo at hello@fennecbaby.com and we'll get a replacement sorted or arrange a return for you. Full details are in our returns policy.
What does shipping cost?
Standard tracked postage anywhere in Australia is $10, or free on orders over $100.
Can I return it?
Yes. Within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. We'll cover return postage if there's a fault on our end.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We're Australia only for now.
Is there more than one size?
Just the one. Works on most standard pram seats, which is the whole idea.
Can I use it on multiple prams?
Absolutely. Move it between prams, take it to grandparents' places, whatever works for your family.
